Responsibilities
To represent Peppermint with a meaningful, professional and enthused disposition and provide a first-class customer support service.
Direct provision of telephone based customer support, using remote support tools as necessary and appropriate.
Analysis, diagnosis, and rectification of customer issues and queries within defined service level agreements.
Identification of software issues, and interfacing with development to progress and rectify same. Keeping customers informed at all times.
